Thomas's Homecoming

A few weeks ago, we went to the Har-Ber Homecoming Pep Rally. No, not because we wanted to "relive the glory days", but because we got to watch Thomas VanBebber walk a homecoming maid in the ceremony. He is a Senior this year and is excited to graduate. Not to mention, he looked SUPER handsome. Above are a few pictures of Thomas, I am not sure why my camera was acting up, but they are a little dark. We also go to see Sarah, Shaun and the whole VanBebber clan. Thank you, Thomas, for letting us be a part of this exciting day with you. We are so proud of you! We also go to see Sarah Fries, who teaches at Har-Ber High and is one of Thomas's teachers.

Just Hanging Out

It has been a LOOONNNGGG time since I posted anything. We have been busy, and there just hasn't been too much going on. We are all doing well and the girls are getting bigger and more sassy every day! Emma is starting Pre-K early. We are so proud of her. She is getting SO smart. She is excited to "live in the Pre-K class". I am proud, but have a little part of me that is so sad. She was my baby and it all grown up. To top it all off, Hannah has moved up a class too! I just can't handle anymore change! :) They are both doing well. Travis and I are doing great too.

This year, we spent Christmas at our house with just the 4 of us. It was so much fun spending the time together and doing all the fun things on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that we used to do with our parents. We even started some traditions of our own. Emma and I baked cookies for Santa and decorated them. She got a special plate from Honey that has a spot to leave a note for Santa right on the cookie plate! Thanks, Honey. Then, all of us went to a movie together. We watched Alvin and the Chipmunks. Finally, we made it home to open presents. Emma had fun and Hannah wasn't quite sure what to think about all of it. Then, we read the Polar Express, I Love You Forever, and the First Christmas. We did lots of talking to Emma on the real meaning of Christmas. It was off to bed after that! The next morning, Santa left LOTS of presents for the girls and they had a blast opening them and playing all day. We had a wonderful time together and can't wait to continue our "Williamson Family Traditions" next year.

9 Months

On December 21st, Hannah had her 9 month check up. I was busy with work trying to get all the stores instock for the holidays, so Travis took her to see Dr. Lovell. She did great is and progressing well. However, Travis was upset, because she had to get her follow-up flu shot!
:( No fun!

Hannah is 9 months old, weighs 18lbs 10 ozs, and is 29 3/4 inches longs. She is taller than 50% of 14 month old girls! She is pulling up and trying to walk around things. She is still not crawling and Dr. Lovell said she may skip that altogether. Hannah is talking alot and starting to make more words. She is saying Bye Bye, Hi, Ni Ni (night night), Ma ma, Daddy (no more da da), Ba ba (for bottle) and working on Go, but it comes out more like Doe! Hannah can cover her face and play peek a boo. She LOVES to chase Emma around the couch and play their version of Hide 'n Seek. She is eating 8 ozs every 4 hours, baby food at every meal. We are working on table food, but since she has had so many stomach problems, I am super cautious! She is still sleeping well. Overall, Dr. Lovell said her cognative skills are very advanced and her motor skills are right on track.

Dress Up and Pajama Day

The pretty princess
Hannah...the rapper!?
Pajama Day!!!

The week before Christmas, Emma's preschool had lots of fun activities. We were very busy that week as well. One night at home, Emma played dress up. While I was helping her get dressed, Travis decided that he and Hannah would get in on the fun as well. That next day was pajama day. All the kids dressed in their PJs and brought their sleeping bags. They played slumber party games, watched movies and had their Christmas party. Emma had so much fun! I thought I would share a few pictures from those two days with everyone. ENJOY!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Come on, girls. Pay attention!

We have been so busy this year that I have not had a chance to send out Christmas cards. And, since it is just 6 days before Christmas, I think we are going to just skip it this year. But, I do want to share these pictures of the girls in front of the tree. Everyone have a Merry Christmas and safe travels!

Coleman's Christmas Program

Last week, Emma had a Christmas Program at her school. She did so well! Of course, being her mother's child, she sang LOUD and PROUD! She even had a small part with a few other kids during Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. She was so cute and excited that Mommy, Daddy, and Hannah were there.

Pulling up

A few weekends ago, Hannah was down for a nap and I was cleaning the kitchen. I heard her back in her room playing around, so I finished what I was doing before going to get her. When I got back there, much to my surprise, she was standing up in her crib! I ran out, hoping she would stay that way, and grabbed my camera! I was so excited. She is getting sooooo big!

She's a Star!

"I'm a MOVIE STAR!"

Last Tuesday, Emma was in a commercial! She was asked with two other kids from her daycare to be in a regional commercial to promote the preschool. She came home and was super excited. All she talked about what wearing her red shirt and sparkly red shoes. So, that's what she wore. I haven't seen the commercial yet, but I heard she did wonderful. Emma keeps saying "I am a movie star, Mommy!" Hopefully, we will get a copy soon to share with the family. We are so proud of her!

Happy Thanksgiving

Emma ate more icing than she put on the cookies!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Nicole and Uncle Jon keeping Hannah entertained

Over Thanksgiving, we went to Hot Springs to spend time with Honey and Daddy Brooks. We had so much fun spending time with everyone. GrandDa, Daddy Ben, Uncle Jon and Nicole all came to Honey's for dinner and fun. Daddy Brooks and Emma went to the Mid-America Museum. We got a little worried about them when they were gone for almost 4 hours, but apparently Emma had so much fun that they "stayed until even the workers were gone". Emma and Honey made cookies while Hannah had lots of fun playing with Uncle Jon and Nicole. Overall, we had a great Thanksgiving and can't wait to see everyone at Christmas!
