Next Comes the Spoon

Here comes the spoon!!!
And it's in...
Not so sure about this.
Still thinking about it...
YUMMY! I WANT MORE!!

Sunday night, we decided it was past time for Hannah to learn to love the spoon! :) So, we tried it. She wasn't so sure about it at first, but as you can see from the pictures...she learned that is some good stuff on the end of that spoon!

Meredith's Wedding

Emma was not super happy about her curls at first...but she's still so darn cute!
Mommy and Emma in the limo on the way to the wedding!
Isn't Meredith beautiful!?
Aww...Best Friends (and yes I have a dress on!)

Recently, Emma and I were in my best friend, Meredith's, wedding. It was beautiful. Emma was the flower girl and I was the maid of honor. We all had a wonderful night and enjoyed spending time with friends we hadn't seen in a while. However, we were one short...Hannah had to stay home! :) Thanks, Honey, for putting the sponge rollers in Emma's hair!

Family Update

Since it has been so long since I posted anything, I will do an update on everyone.

Hannah:
She is getting so big. She is almost always super happy, which is quite the change from the colicy baby we had in the first few months. She is eating 6 ounces every 4 hours and 2 oucnes of cereal before bed and at breakfast. She sleeps 10-12 hours at night (YEA!!). She is still not rolling over, but she can scoot on her tummy all over the living room which ever direction she wants to go. It is very funny. She talks all the time and loves to be around other kids.

Emma:
Oh little Emma! She is quite the drama queen these days. Suddenly, everything to do with how she looks is oh-so important to her. She has always been very independent, but lately, she thinks she is a grown-up and doesn't need us to do anything to help her! She is in pre-school and has moved up to another class. This is great, because she is advanced and starting the next class early. However, she is sad to leave her dear friends, Katie, Lilly, Rachel and Bella. She has made a friend, Hannah (how ironic), in her new class and seems to be doing great. On the 21st, she is the flower girl in Meredith's wedding and is so excited to be a "pretty princess".

Travis:
Can you say...THE BEST!? Yes, he is. He has had the girls by himself for two out of the past three weeks and has managed to do a great job. Everyone was happy and healthy when I got home. He did a wonderful job with them. He just got home from Hot Springs. He did a very big wood job there for some of my parents friends. I have heard nothing but great things about that. This weekend, he worked around the house and on our yard. We will eventually get the entire "remodel" completed!

Boni:
I am the world-traveler these days...or at least to Santa Monica, CA! I have been here two out of the last three weeks for work. It is wonderful here, but I miss my family SO much when I am gone. This week should be the last trip for a while. Other than that, I have been trying to play Matron of Honor for Meredith's wedding and be a good mother and wife all at the same time. It has been a little crazy, but I think I am juggling it all very well. For those of you who don't know, I started a new job three weeks ago. I am no longer working for Wal-Mart, but instead working as an analyst for a vendor called Activision. ATVI makes video and computer games...does guitar hero ring a bell!? It is a great job and I absolutely love it. It was a very big decision for Travis and I, but we decided this move was the right thing for our family. It seems to be working out well.

So, that is the long and short of it all. I will try to update more often and include pictures, so these don't have to be so lengthy. I hope you all are doing well. We love you!

Picture day

Emma showing all that personality!
Hannah is getting so big and will be sitting up on her own soon!
Hannah is such a happy baby!

Emma just LOVES her sister
Isn't she a doll??

On Sunday, Travis and I took the girls to have their pictures made. Emma is usually very uncooperative. However, both Emma and Hannah were great. The pictures turned out fabulous, if I do say so myself. Hope you all enjoy the pictures. We love you all!
